We are currently supporting a rapidly growing company operating in the mobile device refurbishment industry. Collaborating with major tech brands, they run an innovative and expanding operation based in Gebze’s Bilişim Vadisi. We are looking for a Senior Production & Quality Manager to join their core team and lead end-to-end production operations.

Key Qualifications:

• Preferably experienced in refurbishment of mobile phones, tablets, laptops, or smartwatches
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in production line operations, inventory management, consumables, product tracking, and technical team coordination
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international supply chain management, including customs regulations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 20–25 people
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable with data, ratios, statistics, and forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering
